		<description><![CDATA[In the late 70&#039;s/early 80&#039;s when I was entering the workforce, the sought after jobs were those in the service economy - banking, investment industries, even software applications, etc because they were the jobs of the new economy. Not a trained economist, I believed that services were wealth re-distribution, not wealth creation. Common sense informed me that services could not become the economic foundation without a huge decline in overall wealth. What surprises me is how long it has taken for some of these basic principles to play out.

Beer and wine were already old cultural institutions in biblical times, and today, the more education you have, the more you drink.  I don&#039;t think you can overestimate the influence of alcohol upon our culture. and it has certainly gotten us into a lot of  &quot;asinine shenanigans&quot; in the last 10,000 years.]]></description>
